All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner
By John C. Rutledge
This canner exceeded my expectations. The casting is of an excellent quality and the handles are beefy, sure to last and last. I especially like the fact that it is gasketless. The metal to metal seal works perfectly. The only gripes I have are these: canning jars with a slightly square shape to them will only fit 12 one quart jars and occasionally the lid on this thing gets stuck. The switch to a more rounded jar should fix one problem and the directions tell you how to fix the other. All in all an excellent canner. I recommend it!

Decided to bite the bullet and buy this canner. I was not disappointed. Super heavy duty should last a lifetime. Already canned 45 + quarts of beef and stock. Super nice being able to do 14 quarts at a time. Would highly recommend!!

I got this preassure canner to can.
It just does what it supposed to do perfectly. Spot between the lid and a pot should be lightly lubricated with petroleum jelly every once and a while.
Deffinitely one of the greatest preassure pots out there.

This pressure canner is every bit as sturdy as other folks have stated in their online reviews. For those who state that the lid “sticks” a little, I found it to be very good advice when someone stated that they put a little petroleum jelly around the lid before locking it down to prevent anything from sticking – it worked. Other than that issue, please know that this canner will last a lifetime. Wanna keep buying canned goods from foreign countries around world, or from canneries where the packing process is “questionable?” Or do you wanna just go ahead and can your own fresh stuff? To me it is a no-brainer. Don’t be scared to use this canner. It looks big and bad, but it runs like a baby if you follow the instructions. Worth the purchase, for sure! By the way, I am a first-time canner who is not considered genius at this stuff. If I can can with this canner, so can you!

All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner

The All American cooker/ canner is a great product. It is the only pressure canner I would recommend. The only problem is the gauge does not read correctly. Maybe this is a elevation problem? But the weight takes care of the incorrect reading of the gauge. The 30 quart size which I purchased is very large and is able to cut the production time down greatly (because you are able to do so many at a time).
This is a great product! And Amazon is the only place to get it (unless you what to spent up to three times as much).

This is the best investment I’ve made for myself. Will consider purchasing more pressure cookers. Very happy with the results in cooking.

All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner

This product is very well made and works wonderfully for canning meat! It holds 14 quart jars, so you don’t waste excessive energy canning. Not only stove top energy, but physical energy. It cuts down on the amount of time required to stock your winter shelves! The only drawback that I can find is my stove just had enough energy to create the temperature required for canning meat. Canning meat requires the higher temps for safety, but it got the job done! One thing I would do differently now, is to use distilled water. Hard water leaves a white residue which is hard to remove from the jars when done.

All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner
By Richard A. Miller “Rick & Fran Miller”
The All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner was delivered quickly and performs well. This cuts the time for processing food dramatically and is a great help because it is capable of holding 14 quart jars at one time under pressure. It does require a solid stove top and cannot be used on a glasstopped stove. We recommend the product for its great quality and as a real time saver.
